If you are not completely satisfied with your biopelle.com purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund.
Return Policy Details
If you are not satisfied with your Biopelle.com purchase, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and name of the product you are requesting to return. We will provide you a prepaid return label. Once your return is received, please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed and credit to be issued. All returned products whether unopened or not are destroyed once the return has been processed. Promotional items and gifts with purchase must be returned. (You may keep the free gift or gift with purchase however, we may deduct the full value of the gift from your refund amount). We accept up to three returns within a 365 day period. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy abuse. We only accept returns for products purchased on Biopelle.com. Return requests for products purchased through a provider or an online retailer should be facilitated directly with them.
Broken/Damaged Items
Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you received a broken or damaged product, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt to begin a return. We will require photos of the damaged or defective items. Please retain the original packaging as we will need them in order to make a claim with the shipper.
Undelivered/Missing Packages
If your package says delivered but you did not receive it, we ask you to first take a moment and thoroughly check your surroundings for the package. Occasionally, carriers may leave deliveries in a concealed spot to help prevent theft. If you still cannot locate, please contact our customer service team. If the order has not been received 48 hours after the delivery confirmation, we will process a replacement shipment and file a claim with the carrier.

We do partner with several online authorized sellers. Please note that Walmart.com and eBay.com are unauthorized retailers. The authenticity of products purchased by unauthorized retailers cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the authenticity and quality of your products we recommend you purchase directly from your skincare professional or directly on our site. We only accept returns/refunds for products purchased on Biopelle.com.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Product not purchased from Biopelle.com.
- Product has been discontinued.
- Product returned by a party other than the purchaser.
- Product purchased with specific understanding that it was non-returnable.
- Product has passed its expiration date.
- Product has been repackaged into other containers/packages.
- After sixty (60) days, NO product returns will be accepted.
