Several Biopelle products utilize retinol, which is not recommended for use while nursing or pregnant. We recommend if you have any specific questions you consult your doctor.

Our Tensage Intensive Serum 40 is recommended for use to help promote skin healing and optimize procedural results after the skin has re-epithelialized.  We recommend you consult your skincare professional for recommendations on use after specific aesthetic procedures.

It depends on the product!  Biopelle products contain potent active ingredients for their efficacy.  Anytime you are using a new product for the first time it is recommended that you test a small area on the inside of your arm or underneath your ear to assess your skin’s tolerance.  If you have questions about a specific product feel free to contact our customer service team or consult your skincare professional.

Yes, all Biopelle products are gluten free.

All Biopelle products are paraben free with the exception of Tensage Soothing Cream Moisturizer and Tensage Advanced Cream Moisturizer.

These products contain low levels of Methylparaben and Propylparaben which are included as preservatives to prevent bacterial and fungal contamination.  While we strive to avoid use of parabens in our products due to consumer preference, parabens are recognized as safe by the World Health Organization as well as government agencies around the world. In the United States, the Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR) expert panel (an independent body of internationally recognized medical and scientific experts in safety evaluation) has specifically reviewed Methylparaben and Propylparaben in 2019 report and concluded that they are safe for use in cosmetic products.
