Shipping

Shipping Policy

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Standard Ground shipping is free. If you need it faster delivery, you may choose the 2nd Day Air option for a fee of $35.00. We do not ship orders to a PO box. Your package will be shipped via USPS. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification which includes your package tracking number.

COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLES

Free sample shipments take 7-10 business days. Priority shipping is unavailable. You can order each free sample option only once. Samples cannot be returned nor shipping fee refunded.

Undelivered, Missing or Damaged Packages

Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Service Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the shipment’s estimated delivery date. When reporting a damaged package, we will require photos of the damage or defective items. Please retain the original packaging as we will need them to make a claim with the shipper.

Change of Address Requests

Please double check that your shipping address is correct before proceeding with your order. Due to the efficiency of our shipping process, we are rarely able to make an address change once your order is placed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on the total value of your order at the time your order is placed.  Rates are based the sales tax rate applicable for your shipping zip code.

Backorders

We do our best to maintain inventory of our all products, however we do experience back orders on occasion. If we are sold out of an item, you may request to be notified via email when the product comes back in stock.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

Orders are limited to no more than 6 units for any one item.
