how to apply
Apply once daily in the evening
Thoroughly cleanse and dry your skin before using Retriderm.
Apply 1-3 pumps of the serum over the affected area(s).
Allow the serum to absorb and wait 3-5 mins before applying any other products.
Don’t forget your sunscreen anytime you use retinol.

I was a bit wary of this serum because the retinol serums I’ve used in the past have either felt utterly useless or they have made my skin very dry and peeling. There was no happy medium. When I was chosen to be gifted by biopelle this serum in exchange for my honest review I wasn’t expecting that happy medium but it is! One pump is the perfect amount for your entire face. It has a double lid to protect the serum from degrading from light exposure which is truly wonderful! The serum itself sinks in the skin so wonderfully and I apply my sunscreen in the a.m. or my moisturizer in the p.m. after waiting the suggested 3-5 minutes. I could detect a difference in my spots of hyperpigmentation after the first use! My skin has never ever looked better! And the best part is I have experienced zero dryness. Wonderful serum!

The Biopelle Retriderm Serum Plus has 0.75% retinol. Unlike other retinol creams that lack retinol as an active ingredient, this is my first true retinol product with retinol as an active ingredient. It is yellow and milky, and it spreads easily. Upon application, I feel hydrated, but it quickly evaporates and my skin feels sticky. Due to my combination skin and need for more moisture in specific areas of my face, I use it with eye cream and moisturizer. Using this causes my skin to dry, so I have to use a more moisturizing moisturizer to compensate. I avoid anything that comes in contact with my eyes while also covering the rest of my face and neck. For the last few days, I’ve been able to use it without experiencing any peeling, sensitivity, or extreme dryness. The dryness that I do get is easily fixed, but that is normal for a retinol serum. I do like it and will continue to use it. My baby face is something I aspire to maintain, so I’ll wait for the results. I received the product complimentary from Biopelle.
