Frequently Asked Questions
Why Does Retinol Strength Matter?
Because retinol is such a powerful ingredient, it can irritate the skin. Some may find using retinol causes dryness or irritation. This mild strength retinol serum is gentle enough for sensitive skin or first-time retinol users to help develop tolerance for using retinol while minimizing irritation. First time users may wish to integrate into their nightly regimen 2-3 times per week to begin and gradually increase frequency of usage as their skin tolerates.
Why Start With Retriderm Serum Mild?
Retinol is an ingredient your skin builds up tolerance to. First time retinol users may want to start with a lower strength to help their skin adjust. As you begin to build up a tolerance to retinol you may wish to increase the strength of the formulation for additional benefits.
