For the ‘plus’ version, it’s advisable to conduct a patch test to ensure your skin has developed tolerance to this concentration of Retinol. This serum is as gifted by Biopelle, for my honest review. I have never used a retinol before but was so curious! I do have skin that CAN be reactive, but that was not the case for me AT ALL using this serum. I feel like the redness in my cheeks has calmed down a bit. I have fairly healthy skin, otherwise, and I’ve noticed the most subtle extra brightness to it. Not enough for anyone to stop and go “oh wow you look amazing!” But enough that nobody says “you look tired” either, haha. I’m overall happy, noticing subtle improvements, and will continue to use this serum!
