While samples are free, there is a flat rate shipping charge per sample or sample bundle -- one deluxe sample or sample bundle per order. Also, complimentary product samples are also available with any full sized product purchase.

How many uses will I get out of a single sample?
Samples that come in a packettes are typically a single use. However, eye cream sample packettes have enough product for 2-3 uses. All deluxe samples, except Tensage Intensive Serum 40, contain enough product for a minimum of 2-3 uses.
Will I see results with a sample?
Samples provide a great way to try out a product before you buy the full size. This is very helpful if you’re not sure which products your skin will like. Samples allow you to experience the texture and consistency of a product to make sure it’s right for your skin. Samples are also a great space saving option for travel. Since most skincare products need to be applied consistently for at least 4 weeks to demonstrate improvement, a single sample will not be able to demonstrate lasting results.
