The Biopelle retinol serum in mild is great for beginner retinol users or upkeep of people whom already are accustomed to using retinol and just want as a maintenance cream. I apply to a clean face and belt it sit for a few minutes before putting moisturizer on top to seal it in it has a chemical smell but not off putting. I am 28 and really focus on using anti aging skincare products in my night time routine. I really love this serum and how my skin feels smoother and looks overall more healthy. It’s nice that this product line has different levels of retinol so you can get what suits your skin type. I didn’t have any irritation from using this. With continued use I think my small lines around my eyes and forhead with be at least diminished looking. Very nice quality packaging too!
